Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Target Operating Model (TOM) design skills.
- I have leadership experience and am comfortable managing a team of Business Analysts.
- I have a background in web, retail, or eCommerce environments.
- I am tech-savvy and able to effectively communicate and represent the business within technology teams.
- I possess B2B experience and excel at developing client relationships.
- I have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
- I hold a degree.
Responsibilities
- As a Business Analysis Practice Lead, I will take a hands-on approach in redesigning TOMs related to how we work with B2B customers.
- I will provide line management and guidance to a team of five Business Analysts across various business teams.
- I will represent B2B within the technology teams and contribute to product and technical strategy.
Description
