Requirements
Must:
- Advanced Python coding skills
- Experience across the full lifecycle of ML model development, including production
- Strong knowledge of AWS
- Understanding of modern software engineering best practices, microservices, TDD/DDD, and common Design Patterns
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Amazon RedShift, or MLflow is a plus but not essential

- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers on complex insurance underwriting and pricing systems
- Implement Machine Learning algorithms into production systems

- Engage in a range of projects focused on enhancing backend systems
