Requirements
Must:
- I have strong backend software engineering experience with any object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, Python, or Golang.
- I possess multi-agent AI experience within a commercial setting.
- I demonstrate strong business acumen.
- I believe in producing quality code and have experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
- I have a good knowledge of SQL and Networking (TCP/IP).
- I possess a thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- I am collaborative, enjoy problem-solving, and am eager to acquire new skills.
Responsibilities
- As a Backend Software Engineer, I will drive the adoption of AI within the business, assessing how to effectively use AI to optimize production, and subsequently rolling out recommendations across teams.
- I will take ownership of delivery projects, working end-to-end using a range of technologies as I see fit.
- I will contribute to a culture of software engineering excellence within a collaborative team environment that values knowledge sharing and continual improvement.
Description
