Requirements
Must:
- Commercial Rust development experience
- Strong backend OOP, multithreaded software engineering experience (e.g. C++, Java, Python)
- Experience of working on high throughput, low latency systems with microseconds/nanoseconds in a finance or gaming environment
- Good understanding of low level system design, Operating Systems, Networking, Socket Level programming, hardware, compilers, FPGA
- Achieved a 2.1 or above in Computer Science from a top tier university
- Collaborative and pragmatic with great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Some leadership or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high throughput back end services for microsecond real-time risk, pricing, trading engines, and market making systems
- Work across the full software development lifecycle using Rust
- Collaborate with a small, talented team to problem solve complex and challenging systems
- Engage in interesting work within the high frequency trading domain
