Requirements
Must:
- Strong software engineering experience across the full development lifecycle
- Expertise with backend TypeScript, Node, Python, and APIs
- Good knowledge of AWS
- Experience with PostgreSQL, DBT, and Amazon Redshift
- Exposure to data pipelines, ETL, data modelling, and LLMs
- Good understanding of event-driven systems
- Comfortable working with complex, data-rich environments
- Previous experience within Fintech, Payments, eCommerce, or similar high throughput systems
- Willingness to engage in brownfield, refactoring, and maintenance work alongside new projects
- Collaborative with great communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build resilient, modular backend services and data models
- Develop data flows between Postgres, Redshift, analytics layers, and APIs
- Create seamless digital experiences that simplify complex energy systems
- Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making within a collaborative team
- Work on both new projects and existing system maintenance
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications
