Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python back end development skills
- Experience with AWS, including Amazon CDK
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles
- Full software development lifecycle experience and knowledge of modern software engineering best practices
- Good business acumen, with experience in start-ups or SMEs
- Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline
Responsibilities
As a Back End Developer, you will join a small technology team and take ownership of backend development work. You’ll work on a variety of projects and will see the results of your contributions quickly. You will collaborate closely with DevOps Engineers primarily in a Python and AWS environment, and you will have the opportunity to input into technical decision-making.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £90k along with 25 days of holiday and a pension plan. Our working model is hybrid, allowing you to work from our Central Manchester office three days a week and from home for the remaining two days.
