Requirements
Must:
- Degree educated in a STEM discipline, preferably Computer Science
- Commercial Application or Technical Support experience
- Strong understanding of Linux OS, preferably RedHat, including bash or shell scripting
- Strong SQL skills, ideally with MySQL experience
- Basic knowledge of networking and Cloud technologies
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Collaborative attitude and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Join a small, collaborative team responsible for client support
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of software products
- Monitor and alert on various systems including missing files and error handling
- Handle helpdesk tickets and resolve issues raised by clients
- Work with software developers to implement fixes and deploy them into production
- Operate primarily with Linux and SQL in a support capacity
- Work night shifts to support APAC markets after initial training period
