Requirements
Must:
- Strong backend software engineering experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C#, C++, Python, or Golang.
- Experience with multi-agent AI in a commercial setting.
- Strong business acumen.
- Commitment to producing quality code, with experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Pair Programming.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Networking (TCP/IP).
- Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for problem-solving with a willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of AI within the business, assessing effective uses of AI to optimize production.
- Roll out recommendations across various technology teams.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery projects using a range of technologies as deemed appropriate.
- Foster a culture of software engineering excellence in a collaborative team environment that values knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
