Requirements
Must:
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Studied at a top 3 university in Poland or top 200 globally
- Achieved a first class degree (BSc) in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred
- Strong Python coding skills with experience in at least one other OO programming language (e.g., C#, Java, C++)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence and an interest in AI applications in real-world settings
- Data-centric mindset with knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices and experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Algorithms
- Enthusiastic about joining a start-up and shaping the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and introduce AI and LLM Machine Learning functionality into proprietary trading systems
- Work on complex and interesting AI systems
- Participate in Greenfield development projects
- Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment
- Improve existing systems and processes
- Engage in problem-solving within distributed systems
