Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Clearance
- Manual Driving License
- Basic IT knowledge
- Great customer-facing skills
- Organized
- ServiceNow knowledge (ideal, not essential)
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket queue assigned to their Hub and surrounding spokes
- Ensure appropriate updates and call management to maintain service levels as per contract
- Manage Hub stock including asset management of kit in/out
- Perform disposals management that go through their Hub as per contract
- Triage and perform hardware repairs of in-warranty kit
- Liaise with vendors for parts and returns as per contract
- Replenish lockers where appropriate as per contract
- Highlight potential service issues and improvements to Team Leader
- Follow agreed processes and procedures from the Authority or the company
Description

This role requires a high degree of mobility, as 90% involves traveling around the area in a hub/spoke model to distribute end user devices and peripherals. This position operates under an umbrella contract and is categorized as Inside IR35.
