Responsibilities
- Conduct migration setups as instructed
- Set up and manage the Refresh Clinic
- Move devices from onsite storage to the Refresh Clinic
- Log into systems using provided devices as directed
- Refresh laptops as required
- Update the workflow management system accurately
- Seek guidance from the Post Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager when necessary
