Requirements
Must:
- Strong IBM z / Mainframe background (automation focus)
- Experience with OPS/MVS or IBM SA / NetView
- REXX scripting skills
- Solid understanding of incident, problem & change processes
- Proven production support & troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Nice to have: Confluence, Jira, GitHub
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance mainframe automation & monitoring rules
- Administer and support OPS/MVS (Broadcom)
- Troubleshoot incidents & provide production support
- Deliver automation solutions aligned to global standards
- Work with stakeholders to design effective, scalable solutions
Description
We are a global banking organization delivering critical mainframe automation and monitoring solutions. Were hiring an experienced OPS/MVS Automation Engineer for an initial 6-month contract, with a competitive PAYE rate and no umbrella fees. The role is fully remote, and we prefer an immediate start.
