Requirements
Must:
- 5 years leading software development teams
- Strong technical foundation in C++, C#, Python or similar
- Expertise in at least TWO of: Defence, Simulation & Modelling, or Sensors
- Track record architecting complex software solutions
- UK citizenship with ability to obtain SC clearance
- Leadership style thats hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable from code reviews to board meetings to customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and teams in simulation technology
- Solve complex technical challenges in C++, C#, and Python
- Review architecture and mentor developers
- Build and influence project direction, providing genuine autonomy to your team
- Interact with clients to showcase the solutions delivered by your team
Description
We are a fast-growing company in the defence simulation technology sector, projected to grow 30-40% annually, with opportunities for significant impact.
