Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 18 months of working experience in IT support
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line PC support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience or active interest in command/shell scripting
- Familiarity with Excel workbook formula optimizing and/or macro debugging is ideal
- Knowledge of script writing (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PowerShell)
- Basic understanding of SQL query writing
- Useful skills include Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Oracle NetSuite, particularly SuiteScript
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and query writing is a plus
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Freemarker is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line office PC hardware and software support
- Assist with ad hoc IT related project work
- Be flexible and work temporarily in other areas of the business as needed

We are Clearspring, a leading organic food company supplying customers both nationally and internationally. We are seeking an enthusiastic on-site IT support engineer to join our team in Acton.
