Must:

- Experience with infrastructure as code and Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated skills in event-driven design and asynchronous processing
- Capacity to mentor and provide guidance to mid-level and junior developers
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teams and stakeholders
- Initiative-driven mindset with a focus on agile delivery practices
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership and evaluate technical options for projects
- Design and develop high-quality solutions using .NET Core for enterprise applications
- Establish and maintain coding standards and review practices within the team
- Architect microservices and distributed systems with robust inter-service communication
- Leverage message-based systems like Azure Service Bus for event-driven design
- Manage Infrastructure as Code and streamline Azure CI/CD pipelines
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers by conducting code reviews and offering feedback
- Breakdown complex technical problems into manageable work packages for the team
