Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with the following experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of NetSuite experience, including administration and configuration using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, Freemarker, and HTML.
- Management experience.
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide technical advice and guidance while working to SLAs.
- Experience in financially driven migrations and integrations.
- A deep understanding of core Finance Processes.
- Experience in testing system enhancements and test management.
- Proficiency in using iPaaS tools, such as Celigo.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will rely on you to help manage and support various functions, including:
- Overseeing support-related resources and NetSuite Support Configuration.
- Developing and maintaining a support knowledge base.
- Reporting on SLAs and conducting half-yearly customer satisfaction surveys.
- Analyzing complex issues to find resolutions.
- Undertaking NetSuite customizations, integrations, workflows, and scripts.
- Migrating acquired businesses using the iPaaS tool, integrating Sales CRM data and building bank integrations as needed.
- Improving, updating, and maintaining migration blueprints.
