Must:
- I require 10 years of experience leading M&A transactions within technology, SaaS, fintech, or payments.
- I am looking for proven success in delivering high-volume M&A activity and managing complex deals.
- I need a strong understanding of valuation, structuring, and integration in tech-driven environments.
- I expect exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior and board level.
- Advanced financial modelling, negotiation, and strategic analysis capabilities are essential.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or Business is required; an MBA, ACA, or CFA is preferred.
- I value a commercially sharp, execution-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
Responsibilities
- I will define and execute ClearCourse's M&A strategy in alignment with group objectives.
- I will lead all aspects of the deal lifecycle, from origination and valuation to due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
- I will build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, investors, and target company leaders.
- I will manage and develop a high-performing M&A team, ensuring best-in-class execution.
- I will oversee post-merger integration and monitor value creation across acquired businesses.
- I will present strategic recommendations and financial insights to the executive team and board.
