Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or call handling
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic networking (Wi-Fi/Ethernet)
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Bonus: experience with service desks, payments knowledge, or PCI compliance
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for merchant queries related to hardware, software, and payments
- Troubleshoot technical and connectivity issues with card terminals and systems
- Support onboarding, training, and payment system migrations
- Log and resolve tickets according to agreed SLAs, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure fast resolutions
