Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven technical competence in the following areas:
- Microsoft 365 Platform: Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and PowerShell scripting.
- Cloud infrastructure management and server virtualization (Azure or similar).
- Enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery planning.
- Network management, cybersecurity principles, and data protection best practices.
- Strong understanding of project management and helpdesk operations.
Key qualities we seek include:
- Demonstrable experience in an IT management or senior operations role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
As the IT Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and mentoring IT Operations team members, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Overseeing on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
- Supporting the IT Director with the delivery of the firm’s IT, AI, and Innovation strategies.
- Working closely with the Innovation Manager and Digital Adoption Team on transformation and process-improvement projects.
- Managing system security operations, backup and recovery, and compliance with ISO27001 and ISO22301 standards.
- Leading Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation renewals.
- Developing and documenting robust IT processes and procedures.
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, and software licenses.
- Producing monthly management reports on IT operations, metrics, and service performance.
