Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience supporting Windows 11 and Windows Server (2016–2025) at 2nd/3rd line
- Virtual machine management and backup solutions
- Router, firewall, and network administration
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues in a multi-site environment
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and optimise a multi-site IT infrastructure to ensure stability, performance, and security
- Provide escalated 2nd/3rd line support for complex server, network, and application issues
- Manage and support technologies including Nutanix, Microsoft Servers, Veeam, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange, Cisco/Meraki networking, MPLS, RDS, SCCM, and patch management
- Deliver a high standard of customer-facing technical support across stores and head office
- Assist with the development and adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Design, implement, and support infrastructure upgrades and IT projects in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
