Requirements
Must:
- I require experience in supporting, maintaining, and implementing integrated applications, along with an excellent understanding of CRMs, data systems, interfaces, and digital technologies.
- Business Systems Analysis experience is essential, including skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, process analysis, and improvement.
- I look for a proven track record in delivering various projects and outputs while meeting deadlines, consistently ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office are necessary, along with familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 application stack.
- The ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business and with external stakeholders is a must.
- I am seeking someone who can get things done, demonstrating a willingness and ability to engage with detailed business requirements while managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and process development is important.
- Experience in supporting housing-related ICT applications and users is preferred.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Power Platform to support and develop solutions is required.
Responsibilities
- I will provide 2nd line support for applications and work with the broader ICT Team to deliver a comprehensive and unified service to the business.
- I will develop business solutions using a suite of M365 products, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
- Collaborating with software providers, I will resolve incidents and deliver enhancements to our solutions.
- I will support upgrades and patching applications, which includes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with the development and maintenance of thorough UAT scripts.
- Working with the Governance Team and data owners, I will set up and maintain data retention policies within our systems.
- I will carry out system administration duties to support general maintenance and changes in staff, procedures, and required access.
- Acting as the ICT lead for business projects, I will provide technical expertise and assist in process design, solution delivery, and implementation.
- I will identify system improvements and efficiencies that can support our business processes.
- Investigating new technologies and solutions based on requirements, I will make and support recommendations.
- I will provide training and user guides for colleagues regarding new software releases, enhancements, new modules, and solutions.
- Preparing and presenting regular security reports, I will advise on access required to support job roles.
- I will attend user groups, product webinars, and networking groups to share ideas and discuss best practices.
Description
I am seeking an ICT Business Applications Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.
