Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, delivering robust, production-ready solutions. You should possess proficiency in the following areas:
- Backend: Python, Django
- Frontend: JavaScript, React, Next.js
- Version control: Git
Additionally, you should have experience building data-intensive applications and managing complex backend logic, including integrations with external APIs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to create responsive and accessible user interfaces across browsers and devices. You should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of technical projects, while also possessing excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with a small, high-performing development team, participating in code reviews and merge requests. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining full-stack solutions, which include frontend interfaces, backend API layers, and data processing and analytics engines.
- Leading projects independently from requirements gathering through to deployment.
- Mentoring and supporting junior developers to foster their technical growth.
- Solving complex challenges involving data, analytics, and presentation within financial and professional services contexts.
