Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk IT support environment.
- Experience with support of Windows Desktop OS.
- Good working knowledge of PC, laptop, and printer hardware.
- Proficiency with the full MS Office suite.
- Basic understanding of IT networking and cabling.
- Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
Responsibilities
- I will be answering calls and responding to tickets from customers.
- Providing remote support to resolve any IT-related problems faced by customers.
- Triaging incoming calls and tickets and liaising with the wider IT team to manage escalations.
- Delivering on-site technical support at clients’ premises when necessary.
- Adhering to defined KPIs and meeting the expected SLAs.
- Consistently contributing to and updating documentation.
- On-boarding and off-boarding users.
- Monitoring backups daily and reporting any arising issues.
