Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in equipment repair, particularly in office machinery. A strong understanding of schematics and technical documentation is essential. You should possess mechanical knowledge and have hands-on experience using hand tools. Familiarity with computer networking concepts is required, along with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
Responsibilities
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for performing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of digital copiers and printers. You will diagnose equipment issues using schematics and technical manuals. Providing exceptional customer service while addressing client concerns and inquiries will be a key part of your role. You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues efficiently and maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment status. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance activities.
