Requirements
Must:
- Experience configuring workflows, automations, forms, and user interfaces within an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices
- Experience working in a service management or IT operations environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, Service Desk, and service process owners
- Eligibility to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales
Responsibilities
- Configuration, optimisation, and administration of the organisations ITSM platform
- Translate service management requirements into effective platform configurations
- Ensure platform supports core IT service processes like incident, request, change, problem, and service catalogue management
- Work closely with the Service Management Office, technical teams, and support functions
- Enable automation, service reporting, and continual service improvement through platform enhancements
- Ensure ITSM tool remains stable, secure, and aligned to operational and governance requirements
