Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience configuring workflows, automations, forms, and user interfaces within an ITSM tool/n- Strong understanding of ITIL practices/n- Experience working in a service management or IT operations environment/n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills/n- High attention to detail/n- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, Service Desk, and service process owners/n- Eligibility to work in the UK/n- Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment
Responsibilities
- Configure, optimize, and administer the organisations IT Service Management (ITSM) platform/n- Translate service management requirements into platform configuration/n- Ensure effective support for core IT service processes such as incident, request, change, problem, and service catalogue management/n- Work closely with the Service Management Office, technical teams, and support functions/n- Enable automation, service reporting, and continual service improvement through platform enhancements/n- Maintain platform stability, security, and alignment with operational and governance requirements/n- Provide support and improvements to the ITSM tool as needed
