Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in IT Service Management with a strong focus on service design and transition
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience influencing project managers, technical owners, and operational leads
- Proven track record of introducing new or changed services into live operation using structured transition and readiness processes
- Ability to create Service Design Packages (SDPs) and define service models
- Strong collaboration skills with project teams, technical owners, and service operations
- Knowledge of embedding service governance and quality assurance into the delivery lifecycle
- Eligible to work in the UK, residing in England or Wales for the duration of employment
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, documentation, and transition of new and changed IT services into live operation
- Create Service Design Packages (SDPs) to ensure operational readiness
- Define service models and support requirements
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, technical owners, and service operations
- Embed service governance and quality assurance into the delivery lifecycle
- Ensure services are reliable and aligned to business needs from day one
- Manage stakeholder relationships to influence and support operational effectiveness
