Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including:
- Windows operating systems
- M365
- Network fundamentals
- Tablet & mobile support (Android and iOS)
- Printer setup and support
- Networking (including patching)
- Video conference systems
- Proficient in providing end-user support for network-related queries and hardware setup
- Good working knowledge of core IT service management processes and practices
- Excellent organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to plan and manage multiple changing priorities
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales
Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site technical support and assistance to customers in our offices, sheltered housing schemes, and other locations within London and the Home Counties
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and maintain end-user devices
- Conduct regular IT clinics and engage in rollouts and project work
- Collaborate closely with our Service Desk and other DDaT teams as well as external partners to deliver high-quality location-based support
- Engage in both reactive and proactive visits to provide effective IT support
