Requirements
Must:
As a candidate, you should ideally have at least 2 years of experience in a professional audio, video, video conferencing, or similar technical role. You must possess the ability to install and configure equipment using software tools and have the skill to terminate cables to industry standards. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and has excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have the capacity to efficiently plan and manage your own workload. A current driving license is essential, as this is a field-based role.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for attending client sites and resolving issues in a timely and neat manner while communicating effectively with clients. Your duties will include using your problem-solving skills to identify faults and consistently providing high-standard solutions. You will deliver end-user training after the installation of new devices and accurately complete job reports, explaining the steps taken and obtaining client sign-off. Building relationships with clients is crucial, as well as identifying sales opportunities and feeding them back to our Sales team. You will conduct and record site surveys to a high standard, maintain technical excellence within the team, and participate in various training and development opportunities.
