- Capability to work in secure locations adhering to building rules
- Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions
- Experience working in public buildings and schools
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and effective Joinery service
- Carry out all associated works within the Maintenance Service
- Execute all Joiner work associated with minor new works
- Organize work in conjunction with the Coordinator and determine best methodologies
- Promote the Councils values in every aspect of work
- Ensure a high-quality response to customer needs
- Monitor performance and provide documented evidence
- Plan workload to meet priority timescales
