Technical Operations Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Operations Technical Lead to join our Centre Operations team in Wakefield. This role is crucial for driving continuous improvements within our Awarding Organisation (AO) Operations team. Experience or qualifications in business improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous. You will leverage your knowledge in Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate to recommend and specify process and system improvements, supporting tactical enhancements that align with existing and future technologies. This is a full-time, office-based role in Wakefield, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Please note that occasional travel may be required for internal and external meetings, and regrettably, we cannot offer hybrid or remote working for this position at this time.
