Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with a background in software development and quality assurance within a process-based design environment. You should possess an understanding of software processes, including national and international standards and assurance requirements. A collaborative yet objective approach is essential, along with the ability to influence change when necessary. You will be expected to lead Project Quality Assessments, identify risks and critical issues, and provide input for monthly reports. An Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu.
Responsibilities
As a Software Process Assurance Engineer, you will become part of our Bristol-based Software Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will enhance your process-centric quality assurance skills across our wider Quality Assurance community. Your focus will be on ensuring software quality through adherence to processes and standards while supporting project activities within software development teams. You will actively contribute to the development of hi-tech systems, ensuring they meet the required quality levels for delivery to trusted partners worldwide, especially during challenging times.
