Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician/Engineer who has exposure to infrastructure certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA), as well as experience with networking and routing. You should possess knowledge of VPN, WAN, and firewalls. Strong customer service skills and effective communication are essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will service requests and address problems through JIRA. Your tasks will also include using Chocolatey for Business, performing routine maintenance, and managing upgrades and patching of our company systems.

This is an on-site position located in Pershore, Worcestershire. The contract duration is 6 months with a rate of up to £200 per day, and we are looking for someone to start immediately, potentially before Christmas.
