Requirements
Must:
- Solution architecture experience, or technical architect experience with the ability to build prototypes from business requirements
- Prototyping, proof of concept, and creative solution experience is a must
- Mandatory cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud acceptable)
- Agile experience
- Senior/lead developers considered if they show architectural understanding and motivation to transition into this role
- Familiarity with architecture and design frameworks (Agile, C4, UML, TOGAF, etc.)
- Experience working on software solutions with a tech stack that includes C# .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, Azure, Power Platform, and SaaS/PaaS
- Understanding of AI principles and risks is a differentiator (AI/ML experience is not required but beneficial)
- Experience taking new business ideas and products to production
- Experience working in a regulatory environment is a bonus but not essential
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of prototypes and digital products within agile squads
- Gather requirements and create technical solutions and proof of concept prototypes (30% of role)
- Full product development with agile squads (30% of role)
- Manage product lifecycle and consult on live products, ensuring iterations meet business needs (40% of role)
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their problems and propose technical solutions
- Consult with teams maintaining live products to support necessary changes and major updates
