Requirements
Must:
- 12 months+ experience in IT support within a law firm or professional services sector
- Familiarity with desktop support and helpdesk support
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system (basic level)
- Experience with MS Office, Mimecase, Mitel cloud, Active Directory, SCCM
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with IT management and team members
Responsibilities
- Ensure support calls are dealt with promptly
- Provide deskside support to users
- Collaborate with the IT manager and systems administrator on project work
- Deliver second-line support for IT-related issues
- Assist with Proclaim application support at a basic level
