Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, Office 365, and desktop operating systems.
- Familiarity with application support is a bonus.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with IT and non-IT staff.
- Professional and courteous communication with internal and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate system records.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite, telephone, and email support to staff, resolving IT issues promptly or escalating when necessary.
- Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and telecommunications systems, including printers, projectors, and computers.
- Monitor system performance, complete backups, and ensure virus-checking routines are successful.
- Assist with IT onboarding and training for new starters, including software and system use.
- Collaborate with third-party providers and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and mobile devices.
