Requirements
Must:
- Solution architecture experience or technical architecture background
- Prototyping, proof of concept, and creative solution experience
- Mandatory cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS/Google Cloud acceptable)
- Agile methodology experience
- Familiarity with architecture and design frameworks (Agile, C4, UML, TOGAF, etc.)
- Experience with software solutions involving C# .NET, Python, SQL, APIs, Azure, Power Platform, and SaaS/PaaS
- Understanding of AI principles and risks (AI/ML experience not required but a differentiator)
- Ability to gather requirements and transform business ideas into technical solutions
- Strong communication and soft skills for engaging with business stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to challenge requirements
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience in a regulatory environment is a bonus but not essential
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of prototypes and digital products within agile squads
- Transform business problems into technical proposals and solutions
- Gather requirements and develop proof of concepts
- Participate in full product development with agile squads
- Consult on live products, managing their lifecycle and iterations
- Support and collaborate with teams maintaining live products
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Foster innovation by turning ideas into new digital products
