Requirements
Must:
- At least 1 year of prior experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer in a software engineering team
- A mix of Manual and Automated software/application test experience is ideal
- Familiarity with Testing Principles and Practices
- Ability to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other test professionals
- Must have full right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive Test Plans, Test Cases, and Regression Packs
- Work with a wide range of technologies across a large estate
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Evaluate requirements along with user stories
- Participate in testing activities across the squad, including planning ceremonies, backlog plans, estimations, and daily sprints
Description
We are excited to offer a role as a Software Test Analyst within a business that is embarking on a journey into high-level technical engineering practices. This position features hybrid working, with 3 days in our Liverpool office and the remaining days working from home. As a new member of our established team of Software Testers, you will be instrumental in controlling and improving the quality of our software and enhancing the customer experience by identifying and preventing defects. We are looking to offer a salary between £32,000 and £38,000 for this position. If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply now!
