Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of software development experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong grasp of network autonomy concepts, business process management, and software architecture.
- Experience building SaaS products with a focus on user experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
- Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - DESIRABLE.
- Background in product management or user-centered design - DESIRABLE.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and data modeling - DESIRABLE.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of a cutting-edge product focused on improving network operations.
- Define technical architecture and coding standards to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor and manage a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Drive product strategy in partnership with product managers and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve agile processes and development workflows.
- Manage technical debt and ensure robust quality assurance through automated testing.
- Research emerging technologies and integrate them into platform capabilities.
