Must:
- Excellent ShareDo development or similar case management development experience
- At least 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering bespoke legal applications
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Strong commercial awareness and curiosity to understand challenges faced by the firm and its clients
- Ability to identify at-risk projects and manage expectations accordingly
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and explore new solutions
- Strong focus on security and data protection in application development
Responsibilities
- Develop business solutions that interface with the line of business applications of the firm
- Customize and configure off-the-shelf software
- Continuously optimize the case management system for business efficiency and procedures
- Propose, design, and implement new systems while analyzing existing systems for opportunities
- Assist with business process analysis to enhance and develop workflow processes
- Collaborate closely with the Projects team to map out projects
- Build process improvement workflows across the line of business application stack
- Assist others in integrating workflows into line of business applications
