Responsibilities
- Technical development of the ShareDo platform for business solutions
- Development and optimization of the case management system to enhance business efficiency
- Solution architecture work as required
- Propose, design, and implement innovative systems, analyzing existing systems for improvements
- Assist with business process analysis to enhance workflow processes
- Collaborate with the Projects team to map out project requirements
- Develop workflows and integration across the line of business applications, improving processes
