Requirements
Must:
- Strong 3rd line IT support experience, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues
- Expertise in Microsoft Server
- Excellent experience with Virtualisation
- Experience supporting cloud-based solutions, either Azure or AWS
- Experience working with backup software - ideally Veeam
- Networking knowledge around areas including patching and SAN
- Ability to manage and contribute to technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide excellent support to users across the firm
- Work alongside skilled engineers to develop the firms systems and networks
- Contribute to the planning and execution of major projects
- Collaborate with team members on improving IT infrastructure and services
Description
We are a growing firm based in Cardiff looking to add a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to our expanding team. With 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, we offer a hybrid working model that promotes flexibility. Our team is engaged in exciting projects, providing you with the opportunity to be involved from day one. We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £47,000 along with various benefits.
