Requirements

Must:
We are looking for individuals with a strong desire and ability to thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment filled with enthusiastic people striving to deliver their best. We value aspirations for growth beyond the role, including leadership opportunities in the future, alongside a commitment to personal and professional development. Ideal candidates will possess an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in cyber security is required, preferably in a consulting capacity, within a managed security service provider (MSSP), or in-house security role. Proficiency in business-level English, with the ability to convey security concepts clearly and concisely, is essential. Exposure to IR processes, Audits, and Compliance is also desired.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Security Consultant, you will become an integral part of our dynamic, client-facing team, where you will manage the security needs of high-growth clients through consultancy and managed services. Your responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and communication, identifying and mitigating cyber risks, overseeing certification audits, and providing support during incident responses. You will lead security awareness initiatives, including training programs, phishing simulations, and governance meetings, as well as scope, plan, and coordinate penetration tests and manage third-party security assessments. Additionally, you will enhance internal processes, implement automation, and maintain key security assets while mentoring junior team members and developing leadership skills for managing small teams. You will also support new business acquisition through bids, solution design, and presales efforts.

Description

We offer flexible work hours, along with dedicated training and development opportunities, providing a training budget to help build your CV and advance your career. You will enjoy a great social culture with regular team events, networking opportunities, social outings, and team-building activities. We have adopted a quick and modern recruitment process, ensuring prompt responses to suitable candidates. Please note that this is a UK-based role, and you must have full and permanent rights to work in the UK, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we cannot consider PSW Visas. If you are interested in applying, you can do so through the application process. Additionally, we value referrals; if you refer someone who fills the role, you may earn a referral bonus, and we even offer an iPad for referring a new client.
