Requirements
Must:
- A degree level qualification
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas
- 10 years experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.
- Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.
- Use data to inform planning.
- Manage complex internal and external dependencies.
- Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.
Description
We are currently looking for a Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for our government client, with roles based in either Bristol or London. This hybrid role allows for up to 3 days per week on-site with the remainder of the week working remotely. The contract duration is until March 2026, with potential for extension.
