Requirements
Must:
- Ideally 2-3 years of full stack development experience with .NET, C#, and MVC.
- Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, Python, and PowerShell.
- Good experience with T-SQL and SQL.
- Familiarity with IT support technologies, including Active Directory, Visual Studio, and Exchange.
- Experience in the legal industry is desirable.
- A degree in Computer Science or a similar field is beneficial.

Responsibilities
As a .NET Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative web applications that support critical legal services. Your work will involve creating back-end systems using .NET/C# as well as engaging front-end solutions with JavaScript/JSON/JQuery. By joining our growing technology team, you will help us transform digital operations in a forward-thinking legal environment.
Description
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely with occasional visits to our office, roughly once a month (more frequently if you are based closer to Southampton). We offer a competitive salary of £45K along with a discretionary bi-annual bonus scheme based on firm and individual performance. Our benefits include a pension plan matched up to 10% of your salary, 25 days of paid leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after five years), a sabbatical after 10 years of service, healthcare cash plan, medical insurance, and dental insurance.
