Requirements
Must:
We require an experienced Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience working within IT or Business Change for a law firm. You should have a strong background in Legal IT, Legal applications, or Business Change. You must be able to work on multiple IT BA projects, gathering requirements and creating viable technical solutions that bring together various business areas. Excellent critical thinking and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. We value candidates who are accountable and capable of improving our BA processes, seeking efficiency in our software and applications. Finally, you should have experience in leading projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
As an IT Business Analyst with us, you will undertake business analysis work on several projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, process mapping, and coordinating user testing. You will engage with various stakeholders across the business to create functional specifications from business requirements. Your role will be vital within the systems & software team, contributing to medium to large-scale projects encompassing IT, Finance, HR, and more. You will provide concise reporting to key stakeholders and support the delivery of both current and strategic initiatives.
