Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years experience delivering IT training within legal, professional services, or similarly structured environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Azure)
- Previous e-learning experience (via presentations, teams/audio calls)
- Familiarity with legal software systems and experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot is beneficial
- Ability to communicate across all departments within the company to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- A passion for digital learning and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible content.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT Training Manager to deliver IT Training strategies and workshops virtually and in-person to colleagues and staff
- Deliver classroom, virtual and one-to-one training on core systems, Microsoft 365, legal tech platforms, and modern digital workplace tools
- Design and produce high-quality training documentation, guides, eLearning and video content
- Support the rollout of new technologies, including AI-driven tools, workflow platforms and collaboration systems
- Conduct training needs analysis and tailor programmes to improve capability, efficiency and adoption
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted adviser for digital upskilling across the firm
- Provide coaching, support and constructive feedback to ensure continuous learner development.
