Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Trainer who has a proven background in delivering IT training specifically on Windows 11 and Office 365. You should have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching, along with a good understanding of management strategies and business solutions. Ideally, you will hold relevant IT training qualifications.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored training programmes based on the knowledge levels of new staff. Your duties will include delivering weekly induction training for new starters, both in-person and remotely, organizing and conducting training sessions for existing staff and new system rollouts, and maintaining and updating training plans and learning materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to identify and address training needs, and develop clear, tailored learning guides for different teams.
Description
We are a well-established company committed to ensuring our staff are equipped with the latest IT skills to maintain the high standards of service we are known for. This hybrid position will require you to work three days in our Cardiff office and the rest from home.
