Must:
We are looking for an experienced IT Trainer with a proven background in delivering IT training, particularly in Microsoft technologies such as Office 365, Windows 11, Excel, and MS Teams. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching are essential. A good understanding of management strategies and business solutions is preferred, along with relevant IT training qualifications.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored training programs based on the knowledge levels of new staff. This will include:
- Delivering weekly induction training for new starters, both in-person and remotely.
- Organizing and conducting training sessions for existing staff and new system rollouts.
- Maintaining and updating training plans and learning materials.
- Collaborating with departments to identify and address training needs.
- Developing clear, tailored learning guides for different teams.
Description
