Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a similar Service Desk/MSP role
- Proficient with Windows Server Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Proficient with M365
- Networking knowledge, specifically DNS and DHCP
- Strong customer-facing skills; previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- A full UK driver's license is essential
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician, I will be responsible for managing support tickets and determining when to escalate them to a more senior member of the technical team. This role will involve face-to-face customer support, allowing me to gain exposure to various problems and technologies, which will aid in my professional growth.
Description
I will be joining a close-knit and sociable Managed Service Provider that prioritizes cultural fit as much as technical ability. My starting salary will be between £25,000 and £28,000, based on my experience. Additional benefits include 25 days of annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), opportunities for training and development to earn accreditations, monthly dedicated training sessions, and a generous pension scheme.
